Bossier is a student magazine devoted to promoting discourse on women and femme-centric issues and publishing work by women and femmes.
Served as EIC for calendar year of 2018–currently run magazine both logistically and editorially, introduced a Writer's Workshop component to strengthen relationship between editors and contributors and take pieces to highest possible level. I am also currently creating a podcast for the magazine's blog
Served as Managing Editor for Spring 2017–helped organize creative events on and off campus, worked with writers to hone their work, managed the editorial team's assignments and kept them on schedule

Work to bring speakers to Georgetown's campus to spark productive dialogue amongst student body
Reach out to potential speakers, negotiate contracts, and manage controversy–all fostering my communication skills
Deal with logistics of planning events: book venues, market across campus, help University manage high-profile events
Carried out my first event Fall 2016, bringing international best-selling poet Rupi Kaur to speak to an excited Georgetown audience
